Director of Product Management
Do you want an opportunity to help define the future? The Director of Product Management working in conjunction with the Wylei leadership teams, will be the primary lead in defining new product lines, functionality, features, and new market opportunities. This candidate will be responsible for understanding the digital marketing industry and translating those industry needs into new products, services, opportunities while simultaneously helping communicate and translate Wylei’s industry leading digital marketing solutions to the digital marketing community. This person will possess a working understanding of digital marketing leveraging email and social marketing platforms such as Facebook and Instagram with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and challenges digital marketers face in today’s environment. They also need to be able to understand how technology and technology platforms can be leveraged to solve those needs as well as provide leadership in managing our strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Wylei leadership team to develop, define, and maintain Wylei’s product roadmaps.
  • Assess and define market opportunities, digital marketing industry needs and opportunities.
  • Develop and facilitate definition of new product features, enhancements, and functional requirements.
  • Coordinate with Wylei leadership team and key resources to develop implementation, supporting services, support and go to market strategies.
  • Actively participate and support Wylei’s sales initiatives – providing expertise on how companies can benefit from and leverage Wylei solutions.
  • Work closely with Wylei’s Strategic Partners to understand their capabilities and how Wylei and Wylei’s customers can best benefit and integrate in their solutions.
  • Research and monitor emerging trends within the industries to provide expertise on how Wylei can best address these needs.
  • Analyze and understand emerging technologies (AI, ML, etc.) and identify opportunities to leverage innovative technologies for the organization.
  • Actively participate and contribute to Wylei’s sales and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate and manage product management and product development related initiatives across the organization.
  • Understanding and use of the key digital marketing platforms including multiple email platforms, Facebook, Salesforce Marketing, Cloud, Display Ads in platforms such as Google and Oath.
  • Coordinate, develop and conduct internal and external product related training.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identity industry trends and direction.
  • Conduct competitive analysis vs direct and indirect competition providing critical insights into the market

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years in digital marketing product management (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the digital marketing industry and their use of key digital marketing platforms including email, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of product management lifecycle
  • Demonstrable knowledge of facilitation and development of product requirements and requirements for supporting services.
  • Demonstrable experience with cross functional and indirect project/program management.
  • Experience working with strategic partners
  • Experience working directly with clients and sales
  • Ability to work in fast moving and diverse teams
  • Ability to self-manage and work effectively with distributed teams.
  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills

Bonuses:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of the digital marketing industry and their use of key digital marketing advertising platforms including Display Advertising, Twitter, Snapchat, Web and Ecommerce.

Compensation

  • We compensate aggressively in the form of salary, benefits, and participation in a stock-option plan. Compensation is benchmarked to market rates and is commensurate with candidate experience level.

Junior Data Analyst
Wylei is seeking a savvy Junior Data Analyst who can perform analysis and deliver actionable insights for our client's digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-pace environment, can work independently, and is comfortable reporting client facing using visuals they developed to tell the story.
DETAILS

Responsibilities

  • Producing reports on email campaign performance for emails using dynamic content assembly
  • Producing reports on social campaign performance for video and display ads
  • Identifying, extracting, integrating and transforming disparate data sources required to perform data analysis activities to support decision making
  • Gathering and synthesizing data across campaigns to provide client reports that summarize multiple campaigns

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in a decision support analytic function
  • Experience with digital analytic tools (Kibana and Tableau experience preferred)
  • Marketing industry experience including working knowledge of digital channels
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics or Statistics
  • Advanced skills in Excel (knowledge of spreadsheet functionally: v-look-up, pivot tables, charts, graphing and macros)
  • Database experience including the ability to create PowerPoint graphs, tables and information reports in slide format
  • Proven aptitude for learning and using data analysis reporting tools
  • Ability to interpret and analyze patterns within the data to provide insights on the results
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prepare reports and conduct presentations
  • Saleforce experience a plus
  • Knowledge of MongoDB data access, json and HTML query strings
  • Preferred business analyst skills with the ability to help facilitate and capture requirements for products and client campaigns
